Tourism Portal that Promotes 600+ Regional Small Businesses

The Sullivan Catskills is a destination that features hundreds of resorts and hotels in a beautiful region. For over a century, families have been coming here for year-round spectacular scenery. The Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association wanted to update a long-outdated website while featuring their 600+ local business with the aim of drawing younger families to the region from nearby urban areas like New York City.
Solution
We worked with Sullivan Catskills Visitor Association to create an online experience that was brochure-ready for new visitors to explore the region and make itineraries. The new website is integrated with their member business CRM so the online business directory is always up-to-date. Visitors can book regional accommodations via a third-party booking tool. Overall, the new website provides a wealth of information about the Catskills, and has successfully attracted new visitors to the region.
